In January, Larry gave me a free in-home estimate for vertical blinds for my two sets of patio doors. Within a few weeks, Jodi called me to schedule an appointment for the installation. In February, Jim installed the blinds. The employees were courteous and timely. I enjoy the new look of my blinds, and they operate correctly.

Everything went well from my initial visit at the showroom with a Jodi to the final installation. This all happened in the midst of COVID-19. Jodi and Larry continued to communicate with me through the ‘shutdown’, keeping me informed regarding potential installation dates after businesses could reopen. They previously installed blinds for my mother a year ago. Blinds look great and are perfect fit! Very knowledgeable, professional ABG friendly people. Products are reasonably priced and offer great selection. I would definitely recommend and would use them again!

I purchased new solar shades for 3 windows. They came and measured and brought samples the house where they took time with me and explained products etc. They ordered and in a few weeks came to install. The wood valance was not a good size and you could see the rollers shades underneath. It was not a problem as they could see the issue at installation. I ordered a different valance at a small upcharge due to change in product. They are coming in few days to install. I assume it will be fine. If it is not I will update the post. All in all they were a pleasure to work with and I love my new solar shades.

Initial work was completed in July 2014. There were some scheduling related issues that were eventually resolved. The person who came to do the work was very good.
Update 2016 - One of the blinds stopped working or some part broke. The person from the company came out for a small service fee. It took several weeks to finally resolve what was needed to make it functional again. Because it was under warranty and we did not have to pay any additional charge, we were ok to wait for the final resolution and appreciate their professionalism.

"We are sorry this customer was dissatisfied with the telephone communication to schedule the installation of his shades. He called our office only one week after his initial consultation to schedule his installation date. As the product had not yet shipped from the manufacturing facility, we were unable to schedule the final installation. We tried multiple times to explain we did not yet have a delivery date for his products, and that once we received tracking data we would call to schedule giving him as much advance notice as he needed. He did not seem to understand and was very upset insisting on a date. We apologized multiple times that we couldn’t yet schedule and even had the owner call after work hours that Friday evening to say we were sorry the communication had been dissatisfying, but we were willing to discuss or explain further. We never received a return call from the owner’s message. Once tracking information was received we scheduled installation at the customer’s convenience. This customer’s work was completed during the expected timeframe and in a quality manner. He received a quality product with exceptional warranties for a fair market price."

It is a huge window that during certain times of the year would let sunshine hit directly on our TV. They came out and was very friendly and professional and gave us great suggestions. We bought a blind from them at a very good price and will be installed probably this week. I would definitely use them again!

They are really good at their job and they gave me a great service. I like that whenever there's a problem they come back out and fix it with no additional charge. They installed the blinds very well. They look great and work great. I thought their pricing was very good and I would definitely recommend them to other people.
