Update 2016 - One of the blinds stopped working or some part broke. The person from the company came out for a small service fee. It took several weeks to finally resolve what was needed to make it functional again. Because it was under warranty and we did not have to pay any additional charge, we were ok to wait for the final resolution and appreciate their professionalism.
"We are sorry this customer was dissatisfied with the telephone communication to schedule the installation of his shades. He called our office only one week after his initial consultation to schedule his installation date. As the product had not yet shipped from the manufacturing facility, we were unable to schedule the final installation. We tried multiple times to explain we did not yet have a delivery date for his products, and that once we received tracking data we would call to schedule giving him as much advance notice as he needed. He did not seem to understand and was very upset insisting on a date. We apologized multiple times that we couldn’t yet schedule and even had the owner call after work hours that Friday evening to say we were sorry the communication had been dissatisfying, but we were willing to discuss or explain further. We never received a return call from the owner’s message. Once tracking information was received we scheduled installation at the customer’s convenience. This customer’s work was completed during the expected timeframe and in a quality manner. He received a quality product with exceptional warranties for a fair market price."
