Bradley Stone Ind

Purchased granite and installation from Home Depot Cranberry. They advertised that granite company will call within 3 days of purchase to schedule measurement and then 2 weeks from there granite will be installed. Three days went by, called and left messages at Home Depot, no one called from Bradley Stone until almost a 1 week later. Some lady left a voice mail while I was at work. Called her back within minutes but got voicemail. Tried again next day no luck. Between Home Depot and this company, I must have wasted hours of my time and 2 weeks in all had to wait. Finally got fed up with this non sense and cancelled my order for full refund. This company is utterly useless. Probably takes up customers from Home Depot when they have nothing going on in their store. Home depot should not contract these kind of shady business. Their name and reputation is at stake.
