Title Companies
They did very poorly. They miscalculated lender payoff and were adding extra days of interest as they did not intend to wire funds on the day of closing. They added on three extra days of interest. The closing took place on a Tuesday, they intended to wire it on a Wednesday and yet they added three days of interest. I asked them to remove the extra interest and wire the funds the day of closing. They did end up wiring the lenders funds the day of closing but they did not wire my funds. We had communication about this. They said they wired it the day of closing but they lied as I called the bank to verify this. This appears to be a one person operation with a cell phone number. I have still not recieved my funds and I would not ever do business with them again.
