epoxy flooring
 + -1 moreThe concrete started chipping about a month ago and I called him to come out and fix it. He came out and patched it up, but the repair did not last. After I tried calling him a few more times I gave up on him. I suggested that a monetary reimbursement would satisfy me as far as the improperly completed work is concerned, but he has not returned my phone calls.
Description of Work: He put down an epoxy coating on our garage floor.
