EXTREME CAUTION WITH SCHWESINGER CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Micheal Schwesinger is a 1 person company that works out of a condo in Cranberry township, PA. He doesn't have a real office. He is located just north of Pittsburgh.

He first showed up prepared to get to work and talked a great game. He was working with copper gutters, tile and my asphalt roof.I had him working on the roof for a month before he started not showing up. Eventually he said he completed the work. I paid him in full and he left.
Eventually, I started to get leaks in the house and was not prepared for what I was about to hear from another contractor. The entire roof was put up wrong, done incorrectly and some parts were not finished at all. I tried calling Schwesinger Construction over 10 times for him to not even answer the call or come fix the work that he did.
He made shortcuts throughout the job. For example: didn't even take off the plastic on the back of the ice and water shield before he laid it down. Another example: laid new valley's over existing valley's without removing them. Leaks in 3 different area's.

He lied and stole from me all the way through the job on my house. This guy is no good and can't trust him at all.  He actually used the stolen ladders from his previous company on my house. This company was Rick John's Roofing and he was eventually fired because he stole from them.

Well, I sued him and took him to court and won a judgement against him.
