Bill was extremely courteous and professional. Scheduling the appointment was simple and he was beyond punctual. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the house as well as explain what(and why) he was doing and answered all of our questions. He got us a detailed inspection report very quickly. We could not have been happier with his services!

Scheduling the inspection was easy. Inspector was punctual an thorough. He answered all of my wife's and my questions. The report was completed quickly and in a format that I could easily refer back to in the future.

Bill was courteous and on time.  He was very very thorough. He invited me to go through the inspection with him - which gave me a greater sense of confidence.  He took pictures and provided a thorough report making it easy for me to ask my seller to take care of some of the items Bill identified.

Bill inspected my home prior to purchase and arranged for a pest inspection at the same time (a different company). He returned my call to set-up the inspection promptly, and worked around both my schedule and my real estate agents schedule. He suggested that I be present for the inspection (I was living 4 hours away) so he could go through everything with me, such as where the gas turn-off valve was, the water main, circuit breakers and primary electrical turn-off lever, the overall status of the foundation, roof, windows, insulation, plumbing, etc. In addition, he was happy to answer any and all questions I had - which were quite a few! In his report he prioritized the problems he found so that I knew what projects should be tackled first, second, and so forth. I recommend Bill to anyone that wants a thorough analysis of their potential new home given by a courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely patient helpful person!
