A+ Appearance Home & Office Cleaning Services

We bought an Amazon Local deal for housecleaning services, and scheduled our first visit through A+'s online portal. The day before the appointment, I called them to give them information about the house but got no answer. I then emailed them directions with my cell phone number, but never heard from them. On the day of the cleaning, they never showed. No phone call or email was ever given either. And on the day after the cleaning, I actually got a "How was our visit?" email. We contacted them twice after the original appointment, and both times spoke to a different "manager", who offered to come by "after hours" to perform a make-up 2-hour cleaning. Both times, the so-called manager was a no-show. Eventually, we decided to cut our losses and requested a refund from Amazon. A+ displayed an amazing lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for our personal time. We will never again use their services, at any price.
