I can't say enough great things about Conklin Property Inspection! Alan just recently did my Fiancé and I's home inspection for our new home, he was PHENOMENAL! Very kind! Very thorough and even stayed longer than he planned because he wasn't quite finished yet. (And our price didn't even change) Who stays longer than they have to and doesn't tack on a few extra dollars?! We would 12/10 recommend!
