We knew actions needed to be taken quickly to prevent mold. Jeff had his crew, including Greg, in the house quickly. They ripped out the soaked carpet and padding and disposed of it; they removed standing water; they brought their equipment in to start the process of drying out the basement; then they sprayed an antimicrobial solution to prevent mold. Every step was handled with the least amount of disruption and in a very professional manner. ServPro was the calming force in this horror story…….anytime we called Jeff with a question, he had no hesitation taking the time to thoroughly answer our question. We are extremely happy with ServPro. We hope we are never in the position again where we would need their services, but if we are, we would not hesitate to call them. We would also highly recommend them to others who need these services.

Due to a clog in the waste line between our house and the outside municipal line, raw sewage backed up through the toilet and floor drain in our finished basement.  We discovered the problem on a Saturday morning. I called a plumber who was able to locate and remove the clog in the waste line. I then called Servpro to clean up the horrible sewage mess. Sewage had flooded the basement bathroom and portions of the carpet in the living area of the basement. The smell was so bad I could not stand to go into the basement. Gary from Servpro showed up and quickly cleaned and disinfected the affected area. Once the area was clean fans and a de-humidifier were placed to dry out the carpet. Once the carpet was dry workers returned to install new carpet pad and shampoo the carpet. I am so glad we called a professional to clean up the mess in our basement rather than try to do it ourselves.

We have a double reclining leather couch that our cat urinated on. After several calls to other cleaning services, a leather furniture repairer recommended Gary and his team at Servpro in Coraopolis. I left him a message and he called me early the next morning. His guys came and did an estimate within a couple of days, when I booked them they came a couple if days after that. The pricing was fair and the quality of service was excellent. They cleaned carpets and removed the sofa (which is very heavy) then cleaned and ozoned it at their shop and returned it a little more than a week later. The odor is gone, everything is clean and we couldn't be happier.

Servpro came in and they made sure that they were going to be taking down the correct wall. They then took the dry wall down and started removing the water. This process took four days and then they returned to clean up. They hung new drywall, painted the drywall, and then they vaccummed the entire basement.They showed up on time and they did what they said they would do. They did a great job.

After I called them, a lady called me back to tell me they couldn't start until there was a mold pre-test, which meant they had to start a week and 2 days after they had initially planned on starting. I asked to speak with the supervisor because I thought maybe he could get the mold tester in a little earlier, because they had not initially told me I needed the test prior to them starting. The owner of the company said "it is what it is Ms. Cure". I asked him what that meant and he denied even saying it. At this point, he told me that he was no longer interested in doing business with me. I asked him why not and his response was "it's my prerogative".

VERY GOOD WORK AND VERY POLITE. THEY WORKED ON DRYING OUT THE CARPETS WHILE I CONTINUED CARING FOR OUR YOUNG CHILDREN. THEY NEVER SEEMED TO BOTHER HIM.
