no communication. we had used them before for another small project and that job was fine. Owner never showed up ahead of time to measure and discuss what we wanted and what he was providing. Finally he sent his "partner" who was there for 10-15 minutes and flung the measuring tape around the room and said that the owner will get back to us with the details. What we got was an email labeled "invoice", with a 4 line, one long sentence blurb about the work they would perform. Hindsight, it was all bologna. I asked him to meet with us for go over details of what we needed to pick out and what would be covered. He said to trust him.... we did unfortunately. Our space was very small and we needed him to guide us. Did not get that at all. Something as simple as a recessed toilet paper holder to save space. He could not find a ceramic one (he looked for weeks- haha). I went on line and found a local place that had 13 in stock and send him the part number and photo and store info. I come home to find one installed, but not the recessed one that i sent him. Our legs hit it everytime we sit on the toilet. The project was to be around 10 days and we left for a week vacation. We came back to find that our entire first floor covered with 1/8 inch of plaster dust/dirt. Our brown leather furniture was gray. the stairs leading up to the bathroom were filthy and there were nicks in the wall when they carried down the old bathtub. there was a hole in the spare bedroom wall, where they sawed through the bathroom wall to place the medicine cabinet" Our front porch was dirty with clumps of caulking clumped on our bushes. We had no shower(only one in our house), had to go to the basement for the toilet, and brushed our teeth in the kitchen. I had to find places to take a shower - my husband had one at work. The shower finally was working, with a makeshift shower curtain until our glass came in. It took 5 minutes to get the washcloth wet. day later he "fixed" it to a dribble. My husband called him. He replaced the shower fixture and said " i got your husband a $125 fixture, hope he is happy now." Throughout the project he would not return our phone calls and returned 1 out of 5 texts after I literally begged him to get back to us. The vanity that "we picked out", we kept on asking him for help as to size. He ordered it (forgot to order it with the sink part) and set it in our bathroom. We had to walk sideways to get to the toilet. we kept calling him saying that we needed to talk about it and that it was too big. He reponded by text "u picked- can't return" I had to find another one and PAY more money for it and he came and installed it. The drain is leaking by the way. The original one is sitting in our spare bedroom. let's see, oh, we noticed a mark on the ceiling of the living room. There was a leak somewhere. He said it was from the old drain and it should stop. NOPE. It was from the one he installed. They cut a hole in our ceiling and left in alone for about a week with a bucket under it. They finally repaired the hole they cut out and it looks like crap. Eveyone notices it when they come in the house, without us calling attention to it. There are a bunch of punch list items that he owes us, minor thing, but he does not respond to me or my husband's calls. There is more, but I think that you get my drift.

Chris was very professional.  He arrived when he said he would and started work promptly.  All of the employees he has working for him are also very professional and good at what they do.  I told Chris about wanting to completely redo my kitchen and bathrooms.  He gave me an estimate for both that were very very reasonable.  From the work that he finished for me and other pictures of his work, i'm certain he will do a fantastic job and I don't want anyone else to do the work.

They put in a demello6 roof, which is a new type of roof in the area. They were very professional and showed up early. They started immediately and gave me an estimate. They were very informative as it was a new roof. They also gave the referral of somebody who had it done, already. They did a great job and I will use their services in future.
