MELNICK MAINTANENCE

"I was contacted by her real estate agent to give here the estimate for the railing and some other work. I looked at the job, gave her the price and she told me that she was going to use her previous contractor which was Fire Dex. I then get a phone call weeks later asking me if i can install the railing. I told her i would fit it in and have it in before the closing. I was then told her that she would be out of town and that she would contact me when she was back to preform the work. I would try to be there on the weekend, however i didn't realize that I had a family function. I then put in writing that I would have the work done before the closing which it was. As far as the price of $95.00 that she thought was to high, $63.00 of the price was for materials and $32.00 was labor for installing and picking up materials and the time spent doing the estimate. Unfortunately this customer is very hard to satisfy and is the only customer that i have had an issue with. I strive to have all my customers' be 100% satisfied with all the work that i do for them and to do it at a fair price."
