I’ve been using Lisa’s Housecleaning for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They’ve cleaned my house twice a week all this time, and the quality has always been fantastic. The team is thorough, reliable, and completely trustworthy — I never have to worry about a thing. They go above and beyond with the little details, too — like folding the hand towels in creative ways with little pockets that make the bathrooms look like a boutique hotel. It’s those thoughtful touches that really stand out. I would highly recommend Lisa’s Housecleaning to anyone looking for a dependable, professional cleaning service that truly cares about their work.

Lisa's Housecleaning has been taking care of our house for about two years now. We have them come bi-weekly. They are thorough and do a great job! On the rare occasion something is missed, Lisa makes sure it is addressed and taken care of...but that is a rarity that she needs to do this. Lisa and her team take so much stress off of me, thankful to have them taking care of our house!

Lisa was fantastic. I interviewed several companies, and chose Lisa. Lisa and another person came on time and immediately started. I was surprised to find them on their hands and knees scrubbing every room in the house. She cleaned the baseboards, air vents, fans and walls. It is fair to say that every inch of the house was given attention by Lisa. I highly recommend her. I can't wait to have her back. I've already scheduled my next appointment. Oh, and she was very reasonable.

The staff are very friendly and do a great job. They have been helpful with coordinating what time they arrive so that my family could arrange to be elsewhere, particularly during the pandemic. They also agreed to wear masks while in our house at our request. Would recommend this service.

They do a very good job, nice, fresh and clean. Had them come years, with the pandemic we still have them come here, the wore masks and they're very respectful.

It was always very good, very courteous, and respectful during covid they wore a mask. They also make us aware of what they're going to do since we're working from home. I would highly recommend them.

The house is sparkling. She will do Windows and blinds, baseboards. She cleaned the tops of my wall units. She was great.

This is my 3rd cleaning service in Sewickely. I'm done looking. Lisa and her family do an amazing job. They were about $30 higher than our last service but worth every penny. I actually feel guilty because they come bi-weekly and we have so much dog hair...I think they should charge more! We have 2 dogs loose in the house at all times. The dogs did not like the previous cleaners. We don't want to impose our dogs on the cleaners, but Lisa and her family (it's only her and her family) are great with the dogs. That is important to us. They do an amazing job, they deal with our dogs. They are extremely accommodating. There have been several times we needed to change dates or times, Lisa has always accommodated us. I highly recommend Lisa's housecleaning. I'm picky. These guys are good, will do anything and are available via text all day every day.

Lisa cleaned my home for approximately 8 weeks. At the time I hired her, her and her Aunt cleaned. Then after a few weeks, she switched it to her brother. I agree with others about the language barrier. Additionally, items in my home were damaged by them and not mentioned to me. I had to bring it up to them. They do clean quickly. Price was heavy. $220 for my 3500 sq ft house. Very high. Finally, 5/8 weeks she was 30+ minutes late with no notice.

We have had some ups and downs, but overall I am happy with the work they do. Any time I have had issues with their cleaning, she has corrected the issue immediately. She and her team usually do a wonderful job (the one employee who did not has not been back to my house). The only real complaint I have is with punctuality and scheduling. There have been many times that she has rescheduled, often times at the end of the scheduled day. I have found that this is more of a problem if I ask her to come later in the day rather than first thing in the morning. Her estimated arrival time was frequently off by several hours unless it is first thing. She has been very accommodating if I need to cancel or reschedule, however. 

Lisa and her staff have been cleaning my house for a month and a half,

and I've been overall highly satisfied.  It is so wonderful to come home

from work to a clean house!  They even get the blinds, baseboards,

cabinets, etc, so it really feels like an all over cleaning.  She has

been a game changer for us, and has freed up some much needed time for this busy,

working mama.  Thank you, ladies!
