Every experience that we’ve had with them has been fabulous. This first one that we got, they weren’t actually Kenny Ross yet, it was owned by another company. So technically, we only bought 3 from Kenny Ross. They’re fabulous, they bend over backwards to take care of us.

My car, a Honda Civic 2008, was purchased at this dealership and I
was promised a free yearly inspection. I took it in for inspection on
July 14, 2014. Service techs said it needed a new third brake light assembly
or it would not pass inspection. They said it would cost $90 for the
part and $90 for labor = totaling $180.00. I paid for the emissions
test, but elected to get a second opinion from another garage/mechanic
regarding the third brake light assembly. On July 17, I took my car to
another local mechanic . He tested and retested the third brake
light assembly and it never malfunctioned and did not need replaced. It
passed inspection with flying colors.
When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Kenny Ross management claimed that Honda Civic's have an ongoing problem with the third brake light assembly intermittently failing, so the brake could have failed when they tested it, but functioned perfectly at a later time.
    Nice try!
I am posting this review on Feb. 26, 2015, approximately 8 months after the third brake light assembly allegedly failed, and guess what!?........THE LIGHT HAS NEVER ONCE FAILED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. I think this proves this garage, its management and service personnel, are not to be trusted, which is why I will never return to it.
Fortunately, a family member had looked over my car before I took it in for inspection, which is why I was suspicious and opted for a second opinion when service personnel said the third brake light had failed. Otherwise, I would have been charged for unnecessary repairs.
If you frequent this garage, which I do not recommend, do yourself a favor and request a second opinion because this garage CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

It was quick and painless; the only thing they failed to do was enter it into their computer system because the next time I went to have that same car's oil changed there was no notation of having done the prior service (I actually took it to a different dealership since we were not in the PA area at the time it was due).

They are very good. I bought my car there and may be because of that they give me a red carpet treatment. They are very courteous, knowledgeable and their estimates have always been pretty accurate.

$24,400
Purchased a 2010 Prius II with floor mats and Blizzard Pearl paint. Invoice price was roughly $22951, but with $1000 rebate incentive, tax & title, the total was around $24400. Buying process was easy--I'd done my homework on Edmunds.com and KBB.com, so I knew what average prices are and should be in Pittsburgh, so it was simply a matter of emailing several dealers, seeing what they had in stock or could get via a dealer trade, and then settling on a price. Tom Jacoby from Kenny Ross Toyota was the sales associate I dealt with, and I recommend him. He was actually one of the few dealers that actually listened to me and found the car I wanted (others often just tried to push what they had in stock, with no offer to find me the exact one I wanted). Email response was quick, too. No high-pressure sales, or annoying phone calls/emails--just gave me the info I needed and worked with me a bit on price, willing to (slightly) beat quotes from other dealers. I knew I didn't have much bargaining power since the 2010s are disappearing quickly as Toyota is just now getting the 2011s to the dealers, plus the incentives are only on the 2010s and (at the time) the incentives were due to expire on Jan 31, 2011 (this has now been extended until the end of February). So, I was able to work the price down a little, but not a ton. Still a fair price according to Edmunds and KBB (a little higher than Edmunds, a little lower than KBB). So I had a price agreement before I even set foot in the dealership. Once I did finally go to meet Tom, it was easy--took another test drive (I had done one before at another dealer), and then put down money ($500 minimum is their policy) to start the paperwork process and have them go and fetch the car I wanted from another dealer (which was in Ohio). I did that on a Saturday, and the car was ready for me to pickup on Thursday morning (they didn't get the car from the Ohio dealer until late Tuesday, then it went through their service department all day on Wednesday). Pickup was pretty quick--just the standard paperwork. So, all in all, the sales process was easy and I'd recommend them, and Tom Jacoby in particular. While waiting for them to fetch the car from the Ohio dealer, I emailed Tom and asked, as long as they have the car going through their service dept on Wednesday, whether they could also set the config for the reverse beep from constant to a single beep (the Prius has this annoying feature that, when you put it in reverse, it beeps at you constantly just to remind you that you're in reverse--it's configurable, but only by the dealer). I'd found a *long* thread with reports from hundreds of Prius owners all over the country saying they'd had it done, so I knew it was possible and that it was only a 1-5 minute operation. Some reported that their dealer did it for free (and with a smile), while others tried to charge an hour or more to have it done. I mentioned all this to Tom and asked that they please do it for free. He said he'd ask, and got back to me quickly: service wanted $85 for it. I declined, and complained that it should be free since it's such a quick operation, and just said I'd take it to another dealer instead. In the end, they did it for free and just asked that I remember that when Toyota calls and asks me to rate their dealership. So, glad they did it, but I wish they hadn't tried to charge for it...I did just buy a $24K car from them after all. The one last thing I'll mention is that I was less impressed with the pressure to buy rust-proofing and an extended warranty, both of which I declined. This was all *after* I was done dealing with Tom. It was the lady in charge of final paperwork and financing (Shannon), and then she brought in a guy named Sam at some point who offered a "today only" extra discount. After asking us three times (with ever-lowering prices), my wife finally cut them off and said, "look, you've asked three times, and we said no, so stop asking." They did, but there was still a comment or two about how rust proofing is a good idea for people who keep their cars a long time. Whatever. Goes with the business, I guess. It was annoying, but I expected it and wasn't so bad to lesson my rating or recommendation.

They are my Toyota dealers. I have never had a problem with them. I had one problem with a car and they replaced the part which was under warranty even though the car was 2 years old. There were no questions asked. Their service is great. They are very familiar with their own product. There is a little bit of a driving distance as well, but they have been awesome for me. I didn’t spend a dime when I last saw them. They are nice people and they even provided coffee. Overall, they are excellent. Their price is more than fair. Their quality is excellent. I sat and waited for 45 minutes by when my car was done, which is great. They took it when they said they would and I actually had it back a little bit sooner than I expected. They are great people and are very professional. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Service was relatively quick; I waited while they did the work, which is always boring, but the time seemed pretty reasonable for the work done. They did not try to sell me anything extra, which is always a welcome surprise at a dealership.

They are my Toyota dealers. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I like the service people there. The people who take my car in are helpful and informational. There was coffee to drink. They remembered me from when I bought the car and everybody over there was really nice with me. I would use their services in the future too.
