Walls and railings were dented and scratched as was a piece of furniture. The works were very slow moving. I helped pack some boxes and move items to a central location. I was charged an hour more than the estimated time for removal of the items from my house. One of the workers was rude to me and cursed. I had a very valuable hand carved bar from Japan and three silk screened framed works of art. I was told that an appraisers would appraise these items. I do not know if that happened or not, but given what they sold for, I highly doubt it. I was unhappy with the service and will not recommend them.

Lynda did a great job at every aspect. She returned my calls, she showed up on time, and most importantly, I believe she got us more money for our items than anybody else could have. I highly recommend her.
