Work was done in July 2013.

Mulching went well , we had to withhold payment until the patio repair was finished properly.

The four trees, with the one year guarantee, all died in April. We called twice and each time the person who we needed to talk to had just stepped out, calls were  never returned. Called and left a message with the landscape person who took our order, call never returned. E-mailed the company about our problem with no response. Finally wrote a letter to the owner with the same results. Nothing.

It is now past a year and we are out over $1000.00 and have four dead trees in our yard.

My experience with them has been pretty good. I've had a lot of service done by them like a patio, front entry way and a retaining wall. I was very pleased with the outcome of the price. In the  most recent project which was my front entry way I've been reasonably pleased but there's a problem with the installation and they have yet to resolve it. They have a lot of  customers and I'm on their list but we're half way through the Summer and I haven't heard from them since I reported it back in Spring. I think they'll come and take care of it but I'm a little uneasy while I'm waiting. Other than that I'm very pleased as they have been very good with their work. I spent $6000.

Great!  They have since changed their delivery policy though.  They will no longer place large trees in pre-dug holes upon delivery.  They now consider that to be part of the "installation fee" and will charge appropriately.  Everyone there is professional and helpful.  The trees we ordered were beautiful and the mulch was great too.

I picked only some of the jobs estimated. Cleanup work was excellent. Bill's design seemed reasonable, and included plants I had not thought to include. I waited two months later than advised for the work to start, after calling many times. The workers were dispatched with only a rough sketch, without Bill. They ripped out all existing plants (which I did not expect); I was able to work with them to restore some. They delivered the wrong tree; luckily I noticed before it was planted. I had to ask for a final bill. Within two weeks of it's receipt, Inches called me at home AND at work to demand payment, which I found rude and unprofessional in light of all the delays and false promises I had received. Four plants did not make it through the winter. I called for replacement, per their one year warranty. I called in April 2007, and was advised they would be replaced that month. I called again in May. I wrote a letter in September. In October, they were replaced, without any notice.

They were hard to get a hold of and hard to get on their schedule but once the work starts it was great service. Their work was of great quality and the workers were polite. They were very accommodating to achieve the goals of the customer.

I had spoken with the company in the summer & they said they wouldn't be able to get to it until the fall, but did not specify the date the work would begin. I woke up one morning & the crew was there to work out of the blue without any advanced notice. I called the company to ask why they didn't call to set up an appointment but he did not return my call. The work itself was excellent & I am very happy with it. I would only hire them again if they could assure me they'd handle their service better & communicate more clearly.

HE TOLD US WHERE HE THOUGHT EVERYTHING SHOULD GO. HE SAID WE SHOULD HAVE PLANTS BLOOMING AT DIFFERENT TIMES. WE BOUGHT EVERYTHING HE TOLD US TO. I THOUGHT HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICES WERE PRETTY GOOD.

THIS COMPANY HAS GREAT PRODUCTS AT VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES.

I THINK INCHES HAS THE BEST MULCH FOR THE BEST PRICE. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND ALWAYS GIVE ME GOOD SERVICE.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. HOWEVER, THEY DUMPED IT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY AND WE COULDN'T LEAVE.

VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. NICE VARIETY TO PICK FROM. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEANED UP.

RANDY DID A GREAT JOB. HIS CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL.
