Chain Link Fence Installation

Vinyl or PVC Fence Installation
The initial fence looked great but begin to fall apart and sway with high winds. Leo came by to check out the issue but never returned and the fence got worse, with the doors now completely off, frame lose, and panels falling. It has been over 6 months since I have spoken to him, actually probably closer to a year, and no response beyond I am backed up with no response to phone calls or text messages. High disappointed and frustrated in the overall service by what is supposed to be a reputable and professional company.

Leo has helped me out fixing my fence and gates. Very prompt in returning calls. His pricing is very reasonable. Very professional work this last project I had him do was not easy but he and his helper worked in the rain and finished the following day. I would not hesitate to recommend him . Work was done professionally and quickly. Project involved a new gate and installation of chain link fecning to secure underside of deck - looks great! Prompt professional service! The other fencing companies I called for estimates would not even come out to my home. How could I commit to a purchase of thousands of dollars over the telephone? Leo not only called me back within minutes of my original phone call, he also gave us a great quote, finished the job quickly, and left the yard clean. Chain Link Fence Installation
Leo and his crew did an excellent job. He was very professional. If and when needed we would hire him again. We highly recommend him. We had an existing 4' chain link fence that our rescued dog could jump or climb over. Leo changed it to a 5' fence with an additional foot fabricated to it so that it was angled into the back yard. We just love it. He and his crew did the work while we were at work. It took 2 days. They cleaned everything up each day. You couldn't even tell someone had been working there except you could see the work had done that day. All in all he did a great job. We are very pleased.

Wood Fence Installation
Leo and his team installed a wood privacy fence in the front and part of my side yard, and chain link the rest of the way around. My yard sits on an uneven hill, and my goal was to keep my dogs inside the fence. They made sure there were no 'escape' routes for the dogs, the work was excellent, the gates were custom made to fit the openings and they are beautiful. This fence turned out better than I dreamed it could. They even dug out a little trench in places for the chain link since I have so many uneven parts. Definitely recommend Harper's Fencing, Leo and his team are the best.
