2nd time he fixed alternator, 1st one defective a=but on warranty, and he honored it

We recently moved back to the area and needed to have our cars inspected after title transfer. Being from the area originally, I called the garage we used to use. They were not very accommodating and could not do the work until the following week and generally made it difficult to arrange a time for inspection. We called Garzony and they did one car that day, apologized for not being able to do the other one the same day but got it in 2 days later (on a Saturday!). Both cars were inspected quickly, fixed a tire with a slow leak, reasonably priced.

Garzony's Auto's notary service was pleasant and fast. There's two people there, Leah and Mary and I normally deal with Mary. She was a pleasant woman, knowledgeable and she provided good service.

The mechanic test drove the vehicle after finishing work and found the Brakes a little soft. They reinspected them and found that a caliper was leaking after the brake work. They replaced the bad caliper. With the additional unexpected repair and saving the cost of replacing the ball joint that they found working fine, we saved over a $100. This in addition to paying the cost of a second safety inspection.
I have used this Auto repair shop for at least 7 years on 3 different vehicles. I find them to be honest and upfront when giving estimates. They will even tell you when you don't need service yet. I trust them to look out for me, my vehicle and my wallet.
