 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DOES FAIR TO GOOD WORK WHEN THEY DO IT, BUT I HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY DON'T COME ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE. I DON'T KNOW WHEN THE NEXT TIME THEY'LL SHOW UP WILL BE. THEY DON'T ALWAYS DO ALL THE WORK I'VE ASKED THEM TO DO. THE OWNER DOESN'T CALL WHEN I ASK HIM TO, SO THAT WE CAN TALK ABOUT THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THE OWNER CHARGES OUTRAGEOUS RATES FOR MINOR EXTRAS. I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR THE EXTRAS, BUT WHEN THE BASIC LAWN CUTTING FOR 1/4 ACRE IS $40, HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY $75 FOR WEED-WHACKING AN EXTRA 5 X 15 FOOT PIECE? THE OWNER ADDS HIS OWN EXTRAS ON AND THEN CHARGES FOR THEM, WITHOUT ASKING ME ABOUT THEM. ALSO, I HAD ONCE TALKED TO THIS COMPANY ABOUT MORE EXTENSIVE LANDSCAPING WORK, AND THEY QUOTED ME $11,000 FOR TREE WORK THAT I HAD DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE FOR ONLY $3500.
