Doug has cleaned carpets for me in the past.  It has been a while, and everything was badly in need of cleaning.  In addition, we have two cats so cat hair is an issue (as well as hair balls . . . need I say more).  Also, we had a small flood in the basement, and there was a water spot on part of the carpet, which I wasn't sure was mold or even if there was a chance it would come out.  Also, we have two chairs and an ottoman - they came with my husband when we married several years back.  There was what I thought was a big wine stain on the ottoman, and I didn't expect it to come out.  All I can say is WOW!  Not only are the carpets clean, but the stains from water flooding, the cat . . ummm . . . hair balls (wet cat food has color dye that makes those stains noticeable), AND THE WINE STAIN are all gone!  Also, he noticed a small stain on the arm of a white couch we have.  We keep the couch covered with plastic most of the time to keep the cats off, but apparently they had a hair ball issue on the arm of the couch.  He saw it and cleaned it!   To say I am satisfied is an understatement!  I am over the moon because everything looks new again!

Doug is extremely professional and extremely easy to work with.  I called him last week, and while Friday was is only available day (he remembered from several years ago that I prefer to have him here first thing in the morning) he was willing to accommodate my schedule.  He works extremely hard and very fast, and doesn't leave a mess and he does a fantastic job.  I think when you have your own business and you do the work yourself you tend to see a certain ownership in a job well done.  Doug exemplifies this!  Considering the incredible results it won't be another 2 years or so before he is back making our lives a little cleaner.
