Charles was prompt in returning my calls, was on-time for the estimate, provided the most reasonable estimate of the three I received, and performed the work when promised. The work area was clean afterwards, and firewood-sized logs were cut and piled neatly as promised. Charles was very easy to work with and I would use his services again.

They are not doing any work for me right now since the wife of the person I deal with is in the hospital. I wanted them to do some work but they haven’t showed up. They have done work for me number of times. It’s a small company. The owner comes out and sees what needs to be done. His son is pretty much doing the work now. The quality of their work is quite good and I don’t have any objection to their work. I am satisfied with their price and I don’t have any objection to that too. I have always been satisfied with what they have done. Their responsiveness is a problem right now. They give me the date as to when they would come out, but they don’t give me the time as to when they would come out. I would use their services in the future too.

I wasn't there when he came. He tried to save the tree for many years. I haven't received that information yet because he has been busy. I called him again today because another limb fell down yesterday. I interact with him a couple of times in a year because I have a lot of trees. He hasn't told me the charges yet. I don't know another comparison on the price. I have used them the whole time we have lived here. I am satisfied with the price they charge.

The thing that was impressive about them was that they explained to me why the trees died and took care of the problem, so, the other trees would not die. The trees were very huge, so, it took them a long time to remove it. They also did some extra work for me in the same price. I have used them before and their price is very good.
