Nicole Zabela, from Avid handled everything from our perspective. She responded immediately to all phone and email questions and was able to arrange the Closing less than six weeks after contacting Avid.

She handled the actual Closing very professionally but established a relaxed atmosphere in which both the Buyer and ourselves, the Seller, were comfortable. The whole closing process was completed in twenty minutes. Nicole had prepared binders for both the Sellers and the Buyer so both parties left the Closing with all necessary documents and no unresolved issues.
