A CLEARVUE WINDOW CLEANING

My call was returned quickly. He showed up within two days. Did the work requested and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone.

They do windows, but they also do gutters. I wasn't home and my neighbor called me because they watch our house when we're gone. They saw garbage bags in our yard and didn't know what to do with them. I knew they were coming and that's what they do. They clean the gutters and then put them in garbage bags then we put them in green yard waste. I use them every fall and spring. Years ago they used to do my windows and gutters. Then we stopped the windows and just continued with the gutters for budgetary reasons. It wasn't anything to do with them. I wrote them a letter and let them know they did a very nice job but unfortunately that was one of the things we were cutting from the budget. I've not had a problem with them. They come and clear the gutters and I don't even know they're here. They just leave a bill and that's how I know they're here. They do the job sometimes I'm here and sometimes I'm not. This year they forgot and sent a guy out and did the windows instead. So I asked the guy oh are you going to do the gutters too? He said no they will send someone out for the gutters. They must have gotten mixed up and they didn't come in the next couple weeks so I called them and he said oh we made a mistake. He was supposed to do the gutters not the windows. He said we will be out to do the gutters and that was good. They responded well when I called them and everybody makes mistakes. Somebody just put down windows instead of gutters. When I called them they responded well and they got somebody out here. I think the price is pretty much in the ballpark. Quality is good. I don't have any complaints. They're always really nice on the phone but I don't have much contact with the guys that do it.

My wife has been using A Clearvue for some time. No major complaints before. Today A Clearvue telephoned to clean our windows next week. My wife reminded the representative that the last time they came, the cleaner said he could not do the second floor because of the snow. At that time he asked and received full payment saying the cleaning person would come back when the snow was gone. When my wife reminded the caller and asked that the current invoice be adjusted, he said no because the invoice for next week's cleaning had already been prepared. When she asked that the cleaners only clean the second floor windows because the first floor windows were still fine and she could easily reach the first floor windows herself, the representative said they would not come out again and slammed the phone down. Sometimes courtesy even trumps a lower price. Unfortunately A Clearvue provides neither.

I have used A Clearvue Window Cleaning for a couple of years and was very satisfied.  Last fall I contacted Clearvue by email and requested they clean my windows and also clean out the gutters.  But only the windows were cleaned and not the gutters.  However, I received a bill for both services.  After emailing the owner, the reply was that he would send someone out. But that never happened.  Very, Very Disappointing.

Poor performance for Groupon / Living Social customers. We engaged in a deal last summer and unfortunately there service was not so great. To make it worse when we called to discuss it with the owner, he had some not so kind words for us. Poor service and even worse professionalism.

I have used Clearvue before and have had a good experience. My most recent visit from Clearvue was not overly positive. It took 4 weeks for them to schedule a cleaning for me. When they finally arrived, the quality of cleaning was poor. Lots of streaks I the windows. Some of my windows even look worse now! Will try someone else next time...

I contacted the company via email and received a very prompt response asking me additional questions about the job. The price that was quoted was excellent and they came the day they were expected to and did a good job. They left a bill in the door and I was able to mail them a check for the job. Very professional and fast.

I contacted them via email about getting an estimate for exterior window cleaning on my townhome. Got a quick response asking for the number of windows. I was happy with the price eventually quoted to me, so requested (via email) that I be put on their list for quarterly window cleaning. A few weeks later I received a call with a date that they would be servicing my area. All I had to do was remove the window screens!!!! I was not at home the day they did the cleaning, but arrived to find sparkiling outside windows with an invoice tucked inside my front door!! They did a wonderful job..so good that it made me realize how dirty the inside of my windows were!! I definitely recommend A Clearvue for quality, price and ease of scheduling. THANKS!!!!!

Easy to deal with, when you are schedule they just call you a few days in advance and tell you they are coming out. They do a great job and do it very quickly. If you need your windows clean in this area these guys are a no brainer.

When I called to request a free estimate, I received it the same day. I wanted to have my windows cleaned before I listed my house for sale, and I was able to schedule an appointent that fit within my time frame. On the day of the appointment, Matt and Craig arrived when expected. The job that they did on the windows was absolutely amazing. They both showed great attention to detail. Matt explained why the marks that were not removed could not be removed. This house is a mix of old wood and newer vinyl windows, and they did a great job on all of them. As it turned out, the real estate agent took photos of the house on the same day as the windows were cleaned. It really made a difference, especially on the exterior photos. I would definitely recommend this company.

Company usually calls a day or so before they come which is a nice feature. Gentlemen do a nice job despite the fact that they have to climb to a pretty significant height to clean second floor windows.

This company cleans my windows outside every other month. They also cleaned my gutters for $100. They do a great job and are very reliable!

For 6 years, I used the services of another window washing company but they lost me as a customer in early 2009 when the company changed hands (one of the workers took over the business) because they simply never showed up. I then started the search for a new company but quickly became totally disgusted with the complete lack of service - contractors who either simply never returned my phone to request a quote, never showed up to give me a quote, or who gave me a quote which I accepted but then never showed up to do the job! My windows were never washed nor my gutters cleaned in 2009.

Then, I found A Clearvue online in April 2010... their website looked professional, their business is in my town and they offered contact information via both email and phone. I opted to complete their online request form and to my complete shock, I got a call back within less than 24 hours.... and then I had a quote within a day which I accepted... and EVEN MORE AMAZING, my windows and gutters were cleaned within a week!! And, the workers left my gutter debris in a garbage bag next to my garage as proof that the gutters were actually cleaned which I really appreciated. The price I've quoted in this submittal is for window washing - when the gutters are cleaned as well, it adds about $30 to my total. Well worth the cost and peace of mind for me, knowing the work is done without my having to even think about it.

I've been a customer of A Clearvue since May 2010 and am and quot;a regularand quot; - without my having to call and schedule, they automagically show up each quarter to clean my windows and twice a year to clean the gutters. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of their work. They are professional, reasonably priced and totally reliable. I highly recommend them!

The company was recommended by a neighbor, who said they always called first and charged her $58 for all exterior windows. When I got in contact with Josh, he confirmed they would call first. I asked him to get windows cleaned before Easter, that I would consider that my "estimate," and then we could discuss future visits. The company did get out before Easter and left a bill for $120. When I questioned Josh about why my house, would cost double my neighbor's, he said he would come out to count panes of glass and make sure there had not been an error, since he had not been on site for the work. I never heard from him again, however, they cashed my payment check. They did not call first. Dirty water stains were left on white French doors.
