Very good. Everything was installed in one day and it really added curb appeal to the house. The installers were very nice as was the lady who came to give the estimate.

Every time I used them it went really well!

The springs on one of our windows broke, and would not stay up. I called the company and the manager called me back to make an appointment. He responded on the 23rd of June and fixed the window to the original specs.
I have had nothing but success in dealing with Window World and when I need new windows, I would call on them.

It was a positive experience. They were pretty honest. The only thing is when they came to install the windows, they were an hour late. They were good. They're not stellar perfect. They were very responsive and very professional. I would consider using them again.

This is the second time I dealt with Window World of Allentown. First time is when I needed new sashes to accomodate my new stained glass window inserts, and the company provided new replacement sashes to allow me to sandwich my new stained glass windows on the inside...no charge. Second time I needed to replace two sashes, where the seal broke and the inside of the glass panes became discolored. No problem, ordered them for me, and I picked them up, and replaced them easily, again, no
charge!!!!
Each time I have called their office, either the young lady at the desk or the owner spoke with me. Never turned me down for service or information. Treated me with respect, and they actually honored the warranty of a house flipper, who initially purchased the windows for the entire home, and sold the home to me. The window warranty went with the windows to my name, that was excellent.
I would call this company for my next door or window install, they treated me well and when I see them at the local home shows, they shake my hand and greet me, some other companies I have dealt with, do not even give you the time of day, after they have your $$$$.

I had window world come out before to get an estimate on my son's bedroom windows (5). After they charged my credit card without my consent, I canceled the order. But i needed a window for my basement and they had the best price. I decided to give them a chance. If they could install a window in my basement, i would order the bedroom windows. I requested one basement window. Although the ad says $189 per window, this window was a "hopper" so it cost $229. Ok - whatever. I paid the deposit on June 21st, 2010 and was told the window would be in in 4 weeks. I was contacted on July 26th to say the window was in and if they could install it as soon as possible - the next day they had an opening. The guy came and installed it and picked up the remainder. Simple process, just not a great install job. I took photos - hopefully I can figure how to upload them.

David and Julia were the main crew over the 4 days of the job. They worked efficiently, yet carefully, with very good clean up. They were friendly and polite, which made communication easy. These double-pane, gas-filled windows replaced the builder's used in 1979 (single pane with storms). Comparing energy use for similar average temps and time of year, energy savings was about 10%. For the cooling season, the ease of opening/closing helps make the most of cool breezes. Also like how sturdy the windows are, making cleaning them a breeze (I used to worry about the glass falling out of the frame of my previous storm windows) and give a feeling of security (along with the stops I can set on windows to prevent them from being opened enough to allow someone to crawl in).

They came out and gave me an estimate on how much it would be. The salesman that came out for the estimate was problematic, but he is no longer with the company. I signed the contract with them already, and they're coming out at the end of the month to do the installation.

A salesman came a few days after I called the company. He explained my options and gave me a firm price for the job. The owner came a couple weeks later and confirmed the measurements. He allowed me to change the type of window I wanted from a slider to a double hung for one of the rooms. A few weeks later a company rep called to finalize the install date. She gave me a time block of 12 to 2 PM and when they would arrive. Install team arrived between 2 an 2:30 PM and were done by about 5:30 PM. They cleaned up all trash and debris. They did a very good job. I would use this company again.
