Description of Work: I took my father's car there to have the brakes checked and also to be checked for a possible oil leak. They checked the brakes and said they were fine and replaced a bolt and tightened all the others on the oil pan. They charged me $94.00. I felt that I was overcharged a lot. Maybe because I am a woman!

 + -1 moreThey were very nice and very professional. They don't have any overhead in the upkeep of their garage and I think they pass that on to their customers in their fair pricing. My dad said he would go back and he's very hard to please.

 + -1 moreThey have good quality service. The people there are dependable and responsible. When I first went to them, they were trying to fix something. Symons kept the car for about a week, and he was trying to diagnose the problem. It took them a week working on it. When they are working on a car, they brainstorm and they take a break. They look at it if it works. He only charged me a little, where he could have make a fortune out of it. I was very surprised! They were honest and dependable.
Description of Work: I used Symons Garage. They did our wiper motor.

 + -1 moreMy son was living in New York and his car had a problem with some noise in the car. He drove it to a garage and they quoted him $500. I asked him to bring his car to Symons Garage and repaired the same for just $175. Apart from the repairs, they also inspected the car. About a year ago, when the interior light went off, 2 garages quoted me over $500 and advised may cost me more. I then drove my car to Symons Garage and they fixed the same for just $312. They are very pleasant and honest. The place is clean and has all kind of magazines for people who wait in the garage. I like their services and will use the same in future.
Description of Work: My son used the services of Symons Garage, about 6 months ago.
