He came out to work on my computer for a couple of hours. I thought the price was extremely high. The provider then asked me to make the check out to him/ DRC, instead of the actual name of the company, which I found to be strange.

I would recommend them. I deal with them a couple times a year. I work at home doing medical transcriptions and I receive the dictations through the internet so I have programs that have to be installed so there was some extra stuff that I got. I also got an extra hard drive for the work I do. It wasn't just the basic. I've been dealing with him for several years and I call him for any issues I have. He is very honest and very reliable and knowledgeable. He has done a lot of involved work dealing with wireless modems and he has always been very good. His prices are comparable because I can't just go anywhere for my computers because of my work. He is coming on the 27th to do an annual cleaning and check on my computers.
