They are very friendly.  They are always available.  They are very knowledgeable, great with the animals and good with the people.  It is all around a nice place.

The cost is reasonable for general care and surgery. They are very compassionate in their care.

They did a lot of tests on him. They had him down there for several hours. We've always taken pets there. We used them for 20 years. They're very friendly and thorough. The price is very high. They have good quality of service. They take us right away.

The doctor and vet tech were super nice. They didn't make me feel guilty for the fact that my dear cat had not been to the doctor in a long time due to money issues. They gave him a lot of TLC. They listened to my concerns regarding the price of service and told me everything they were going to do. I had changed vets because the price at my old vet was really high.

We are very happy there. We chose them and used them. The doctor, Dr.Zajac, is incredible. It is personalized. When we walk through the door, they see our dog right away. They know our dog by name. It is super nice; could not be nicer. End of the July service, I am the only one in the office at that time, that is how they schedule the appointments. So I feel like they are there just for me. I have already recommended people to go there and I have received thank you cards from people who have changed vets and have gone there. The prices are comparable or a few dollars less. They are very responsive. This was today. I was concerned about his surgery because he is a bull dog and they have short airways. So the anesthesia is dangerous for them. I got worried and called them with my concerns. They nurse wrote down all my questions. She answered the ones she could. For the others, she spoke with the doctor and called me back a few hours later the same day with actual answers to my questions. She said that if I had any more concerns, the doctor himself would speak to me. I could not have asked for anything more than that. We were going to be going on vacation boarding the dog. He had a surgery scheduled for a particular date. When I told them that we were boarding the dog, they actually called me back and they pushed up his surgery. They filled him in earlier because they did not want him going to the boarding place with fresh surgery. They accommodated their schedule around my dog.
