Sol Heating & Cooling

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! Recently moved here to a 4 year old house. I had no idea how to service anything. I took a maintenance contract with Sol and they made everything so easy and painless. And they did a GREAT job getting all my systems up and running. They also installed a smart thermostat for me. I would absolutely recommend them!

Highly recommend Sol Heating and Cooling. The men were not only professional, but they were honest. They thoroughly explained the problem and offered several solutions (at various prices), so that I could make an informed decision. They installed a complete new unit, asking permission to work late, so that they could attend to other customers the following day (during a heat wave). Super respectful of time and space!

Sol was not the first on my call list, but responded before I even got that far, so I took a chance. They were considerate enough to email first, since it was pretty early. Dave was on time, very courteous, and diligent. Explained what he thought needed doing and provided an estimate. Pricing was reasonable and he got the furnace up and running as promised. Very pleasant personality and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend anytime.

Arrived time promised. Took the time to answer questions and provide explanations. Charges were as quoted. Dave lives in my neighborhood so was good doing business with someone in my general area I could reach if an emergency. Yes I recommend him.

Dave is an amazing Pro. Honestly probably the most professional, knowledgeable, honest and detail oriented professional I have *ever* hired or had do any work. I mean this! You can tell by his attention to detail, he does not make wild assumptions, he tests with proper high-end equipment, he validates the data, then he provides the diagnosis and estimate and he was RIGHT ON. I had others come do quick look at the unit and age and immediately tell me I need a new one. Dave saved me thousands of dollars, now I will definitely use him and no one else for my heating and cooling and when I do replace this unit it will only be with Sol Heating and Cooling. You can't go wrong hiring Sol! P.S. Added bonus and a demonstration of his quality, Sol is totally digital, they connected directly to me via HomeAdvisor, he came promptly when he said he would, did the entire work order, statement, balance payment and receipt electronically and received records and details electronically. World class!

Dave is both very pleasant and very reasonable. He is knowledgeable, and is willing to spend the time to better know the system if there is something he is not sure of.....without changing his original estimate for the work. He gives it his all. We will keep him for a very long time.

Our heat was out I called in the morning he came in the afternoon and he fix the problem. Great guy knew his stuff if you need someone this is the guy.

Dave was very polite and professional.. He didn't mind me watching over his shoulder so I could learn more about my boiler. He also charges a fair rate. I will be calling Dave the next time work is required.

We were without heat on the weekend and called for service. Their technician answered the phone (Not the answering service) and was able to come out on the same day. We were amazed that they didn't charge overtime for the weekend! Only $65 for a service call! Other companies wanted us to get a maintenance plan before they would even help and were charging almost $300 just to show up! My family will be calling Sol from now on.
