Marissa does an excellent job listing the properties, preparing them for the market in the event they need to be staged and offering the best advise to me as to what needs to be done to get the highest rent dollar in the area, building my property value whether it be a rental of a sale of a property. She markets the properties on all the digital sites, Trulia, Realtor.com, mypads, etc., helps pick out finishes for properties, as well as sends me properties as they come available on the market that I may have interest in purchasing. I have recently referred her to a friend where she listed there parents property in a 55+ community and sold that in 3 days after staging and preparing the house for the market.
