concrete repair
 + -1 moreI told them in my first contact that insurance companies were involved. They visited and impressed me very much. Days and weeks went by with no quote. Emails and phone messages were not answered. Finally they said that they would quote only if I agreed to pay 50% up front and balance on completion. They said they could not work with insurance companies, were a small outfit and had been jerked around by insurance people in the past. Then why did they come at all to inspect the damage? And why did they not reply to all my emails and phone calls, leaving me hanging. Not pleased with them. It's a shame, too, because I got the impression that their quality would be excellent.
