Window Service
HE WAS DISHONEST AND DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. HE NEVER EVEN COMPLETED THE JOB FOR WHICH HE WAS HIRED. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN A STORM WINDOW. AFTER IT WAS PUT IN, HE SAID HE HAD HAD TO CUSTOM ORDER IT, AND IT WAS NOT A STORM WINDOW. HE ALSO LED US TO BELIEVE THAT IT WOULD MATCH THE OTHER WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE AND IT DID NOT.
