GPI Group LLC/ Vito Polsinelli

I used this contractor, GPI Group, LLC, which is owned/run by Vito Polsinelli with Eric Griesemer. They built a kitchen addition. During this construction there was damage done to my property which they have not owned up to and fixed. Before using this company I did search them on the internet to see what people thought. I found some info that was positive (especially the references HE GAVE ME) and one that was negative from the previous company name they used, which was Eagle Builders I believe. I gave them the benefit of doubt and used them anyway. There were many "problems" along the way. Vito did fix them but some were at my cost which I didn't feel was right but when your house is torn apart for two months+ you just want it finished and you pay. It is basically a two man company with some work he subs outs. Now I'm trying to get him to fix the damage he did outside my house and to no avail. He doesn't return my phone calls, e-mails. I'm very disappointed with them. Please be aware if you are thinking of using this company. Also, the subcontractor that did the re-seeding of my yard, Made in the Shade Landscaping, also did a horrible job. They also have not replied to messages, so if you?re thinking of using either company, keep looking. I do have a one year warranty with GPI, but who knows if they will follow thru with that, since they don?t return calls NOW. I understand if your business has problems but at least call your client and acknowledge it and maybe a solution can be made instead of warning people with a bad review. Current phone number is now answered by an answering service of some sort, it says the person you have called is not answering at this time, maybe MY number is blocked!, although I really don't even know if it's still his number or not. E-mails have not been returned either.
