I emailed them a service request with a web link to pictures of what needs to be fixed. Al from Done Right emailed me back asking for more pictures so I emailed him the requested pictures. Then nothing, no response, nothing in the 11 days from our last email exchange. In my original email I even asked if he could refer someone if he does not do this type of work. At a minimum he could have taken a minute to do that but he did not. Not very professional at all. Luckily I found someone else willing to do the work.

"Wish you would of emailed or called since you didn't get my responds. Not nice to go out of your way to give an extremely hardworking guy a bad review just because you didn't get my responds. Check junk file. Estimate do slip there some times. Glad you got it fixed anyways."

Al and his team did an incredible job. Guests have been very impressed and at least a couple of them have gone on to hire Done Right for their own basement remodels. He and his team were extremely professional, detail-oriented, and they stuck to schedule and budget. To summarize: the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.

I purchased a $99 deal on Living Social for 2 hours of house cleaning by Done Right Cleaning. After leaving 5 messages to schedule the appointment I finally received a return phone call after approximately 2 weeks. Approximately a week after the appointment was scheduled I realized there was a conflict and immediately called to reschedule and had to leave 3 messages and finally received a return phone call almost 2 weeks later. My appointment was on May 22 at 12:30 and they never showed nor called me. Once again I left 3 messages and as of today no return phone call.

"We tried to make sure we did everything we could with the budget we had but when it came down to the final two payments they did not have the money to pay us. So we had to stop and not finish the final details as we planned to do. They never answered are calls for the payment of 6000.00 that was at minimal due. After two months and no payment or responds we ended up going to small claims court. This took two more months. The final to all that was they agreed to what was owed and said they couldn't pay at the time due to hardship. They wanted us to return to do the finishes and said they would pay,.. but after the 4 months of no call or emails,run around and having to go to court just to get a hold of them. We didn't want to go back. If they would of just talked to us and we could of worked something out. We would of been happy to finish any issues they had."
