Every service performed has been exactly as quoted. Prices are more than fair for the level of work performed. Never an issue after multiple services!

It was very good. They came out and gave a price. The work was done correctly and on the time frame he said or even earlier. They will put more stuff on my basement.

I attempted to engage the top three "A" rated Electricians within a 10 mile radius for a residential electrical issue. More than one was unavailable for up to a week, BUT one of them kindly suggested CW & Sons. Our issue was addressed, identified and a corrective course of action was established within ONE HOUR - from my phone call to me signing my name to the fairly established payment.

They do good work and they’re timely too. I don’t have a service contract with them, I pay each time they come. They came out when I asked them. You’ll see I have another rating on a heating & air conditioning place that came out and charged me was close to $150 for work that they never even did because that’s how I got this other team to come out and they literally fixed a float within 10 seconds. So, I did put in a very negative, I mean the guy who came, the second guy he said that he didn’t touch anything. I said, I didn’t think you did and I saw the new guy come and open-up the float and the valve to make the float kind of pop-up to show the level of the oil. It literally took him like less than 10 seconds to fix it. He’s like, I’m embarrassed to charge you for a service call. He even cut that in half, the charge of the service call, because it literally took 10 seconds. So that’s why I had them come back and do all the service and yearly maintenance on it too.

We have used them for probably 10 years now. They are down to earth people and fair with their pricing. They are very prompt and provide free estimates.

Carl does excellent work - this is the third or fourth time I've used him. The first time he came out on a miserable Sunday when it was cold and pouring rain, and repaired a wire outside my house. He was the only one I could find who would do it, and he was punctual and didn't charge a ton. The work he did this time was complicated by the fact that the living room is on a slab, and he had to thread a wire through the crawl space under the next room. He always answers his phone, is not so busy he has to put you off for three weeks, and his prices are reasonable.
