It was great!! I called on a Friday to other people and had to leave messages and actually never got any call backs. I also called Jim on my way to work and by the time I got there he already was returning the call. I expressed to him that I needed to have this done asap if possible and he met me the next day, on a Saturday!! He shared a lot of knowledge about what he saw in this home and suggestions as to how I might fix something or where I may find someone to help fix something. He really took his time to explain to me what he saw and took his time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated knowing that he cared about where I was going to live and if it was safe and sound. I would recommend Jim to everyone!! Thank you Jim!
