Jim was extremely professional and thorough and encouraged me (as the buyer) to be there during the inspection. Not only did he point out any findings, he helped me to fully understand what I would be dealing with and why it is cause for concern. Even though the seller was also present for the inspection, he was courteous but also direct. We ended up walking away from the home due to some severe issues that Jim found, so he definitely saved us from years of headaches. I can't say enough wonderful things about him, and I would highly recommend his services.

Jim was great! He answered the phone each time I called him. I arrived early for the inspection and he was already there. He spent a lot of time and was very thorough in checking things. He found some issues that I wouldn't have known to look for, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I would definitely hire him again.
