house cleaning
 + -1 moreWe called the company to come and quote on cleaning and sanitizing an unfinished basement with some mold. Estimator was very pleasant and informative and mentioned that they might have to go to Chicago to help with flooding, but he would be sending me a quote soon. We never received the quote. A follow up call a few weeks later resulted in someone saying they would look into it and call us back and we haven't heard from them since. I arranged my schedule to be here when they arrived so this was an extremely frustrating experience. We are calling one of their competitors to come and give us a quote.
Description of Work: Services not performed- quote never received!
