Matt was recommended by a friend. His estimates were spot on and his work excellent. He understood our goals--efficient and economical upgrading of bathroom and house elements for resale--and worked with us both to get the job done quickly and to keep costs in line. He squeezed us into his schedule during a busy time, too. He is a perfectionist, and sometimes, the job took a bit longer than he expected, but it was worth it. It's really nice to feel confident that someone will want to do as nice a job as we would ourselves.

I had a severe flood that ruined the hardwood floors. Matt and his crew had to replace large sections and match it to the existing 140 year old red oak original hardwood. They did a great job. Two other contractors had told us that we would need to replace the whole floor, which would have cost over 19,000! They told me the floor was too thin to sand again. Matt warned me that he might run into that issue, but was willing to try since I wanted to save the original floors. I would work with Matt again and gladly recommend his company.

They are a fantastic company. They have done a lot of work for me. They have done bathroom and kitchen renovations, hardwood floors, trim work; etc. The last time I used them I spent about $4000. I will continue to use them in the future.

The crew that they brought in was very professional and always on time. I'd recommend speaking with Matt Fanfera, who is the owner. He coordinated everything, and even took care of finishing the project over a weekend while we were away, sl everything would be completed by the time we returned home. They were also very competitive in price, and when it came time to pick countertops and certain finish materials, they presented me with different options and associated costs of each. I will be using them as we remodel the rest of my house.
