Mike did the estimate and the work, with one assistant, Joe. They were friendly, hard and fast working, thorough, careful, and extremely conscientious about cleaning up after themselves each day (they worked 8.5 days). They did a fabulous job with the tile and the shower doors were more cleanly installed by Providence than by the people who sold them to us. They also went out of their way to help pick the right shower fixtures as well as marble doorsills that would go well with the tiles I picked out. Initially I had a very difficult time finding someone to do an estimate; more than one contractor came to the house, promised an estimate, and disappeared. Mike came on a Tuesday, had the estimate to me that Friday, and started the work within a week. I would hire Providence again in a heartbeat, for any job they can do (they do things other than plumbing -- just ask. They're honest and won't do it if they can't).
