Auto Service
The service was good. The Kia not so good. They were wonderful in dealing with me and the problems with the car. The car problems were not their fault. I liked that the service representative was very helpful, very good on helping you plan on how to do the service. He was very cooperative and I was able to get loaner cars. They seemed to do a good job on the car when they could. I had a lot of warranty work done at the end. Prior to that it was just simple service that they did efficiently. When the warranty problems with the engine came up, the service people themselves were good about communicating and were good about giving me a loaner car each time it was acting up. I had a Kia Sol and it was only 4 years old. The engine warranty work that they couldn't really explain. They ended up keeping the car a week one time and another week another time. That's where I said they were good about giving me a loaner. I was not comfortable with a 4 year old car with all that engine work. Therefore I got rid of the car and got another brand. But I cannot complain about the 4 years of service that I got from them for all the typical stuff. Their prices were comparable with outside garages which one of my concerns when dealing with a dealer. It's a good thing that I did because they had all the documentation that everything was appropriately cared for. But the fact that their prices were reasonable made it possible to get the work done there prior to that. I didn't know I was going to have engine trouble of course. It was warranty work the last two times. Prior to that every time I got something like brakes, I called around and checked what brakes would cost and when I found out they had the same price I would get it done there. They would pick you up and take you where you wanted to go if it was more than an hour, they had shuttle service. It was more convenient than going to a regular garage, price being the same. I never had any problems until the engine work and I feel that was not their fault. If I still had a Kia I would use them again.
