Not very well. They installed it. It didn't work very well. We called. They came back out. It still didn't work well. We called again, and again, and again, and we wrote. They did not come back out until the Humidifier fell off the side of the plenum. They came out and patched the hole. They never returned again. We had to get another firm in just to patch things up but the installation errors are too large to repair.

At previous visit, technician initially guessed that the new switch would cost $130 installed. He then went to his truck and returned with a firm estimate of $200. On this visit, the work appeared to involve the loosening of two screws and then attaching the new part. Upon questioning afterwards, the technician said the company considered this a 30 minute job and that their ordinary hourly rate was $96/hour. Yet a local vendor had told me earlier that the part cost $54. Obviously the math doesn't add up to $200 ($48+$54=102). The technician said Kelley's rates were better than a lot of others, but even if that's true (who knows), it grates on me that I paid about $150 in labor alone for what he himself said (when he first arrived) was a "30-second job." The lesson I take away: This company is competent enough but will try to get as much as it can from a customer, even one that has given it over $5000 of business over the previous five years, as I have.

I've been very satisfied with this company. They come when I need them and they charge a very fair price.

THEY HAVE SEPARATE CHARGES FOR DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF THE SERVICE CONTRACTS, WHERE MOST COMPANIES HAVE CONTRACTS WHICH INCLUDE EVERYTHING. I FOUND THE COST TO BE HIGHER THAN IT WOULD BE OTHERWISE. THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, BUT I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THEIR COST. I HAD TO WAIT AROUND AN ENTIRE DAY FOR THEM TO SHOW, THEN HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WOULD COME OUT.
