Left the original part 4 weeks ago, never heard anything, I have to call every week. And you know that when they ask for your phone number over the phone, you know they are not writing it down. Unfortunately, they were the only ones who would do it. Granted, it's only a few bucks, they should just have declined to do it; than do it poorly.
