I did not get this company through Angie's List and lesson learned!  I made this purchase through LivingSocial. I called to schedule the visit with Heather at Elite and it took her about 3 days to call me back.  There was definitely a communication problem between myself and Heather  I may have just misunderstood, but she made it sound like I HAD to schedule an extra 2 hours because it was a first cleaning and had to be a "deep cleaning" and also because I was technically "out of their service area" (even though I was within the area specified on LivingSocial.) and if I did not schedule the extra hours I would have to pay for travel time. I felt like I was being double talked and wound up scheduling for the 4 hours.   When the women arrived Carol talked to me about what I wanted done, since nothing was specified. I told them what I wanted. She said that if I wanted I could just use the 2 hour LivingSocial coupon and pay $3.30 for tax. (not the extra $150.00 for the extra 2 hours) She said this because according to her, my house really did not need a deep cleaning. It was in pretty decent shape. So I agreed to the 2 hours then received an angry phone call from Heather, who said "You can't just change your appointment at the last minute. You scheduled 4 hours so you have to stay at 4 hours." I explained that there was not 4 hours worth of work to do and this was confirmed by the women cleaning. She finally conceded to 3 hours. I have to say that the women who cleaned my home (Stephanie and Carol) did a stellar job cleaning, they even did baseboards. They added special touches, like making a rose out of my toilet paper, re-making my beds, picking up and straightening up my son's bedroom and our play room.   I think they did all the extras, because they really did not have anything else to do. All in all, I did not get a "deal" but I paid for what it would have normally cost to have my home cleaned. I wish I could just hire Carol and Stephanie to come and clean my home and NOT have to deal with Heather.  I would not recommend this cleaning service.
Response from Elite Cleaning
"The member purchased a Living Social voucher at 70% off, with almost 1000 other people. We clearly stated on our Voicemail system, that due to high call volume, it takes up to 3 business days for us to call you back for a new appointment. We called her in 3 days, as promised. Living Social Vouchers are for a capped amount of cleaning-time, for the discount purchased. Due to the distance of her home, we offered a simple & cheap travel charge, or she could get a Full-deep clean & we would waive the travel charge. The member opted for the latter. We did not force her to do so, there is NO way to force a customer to schedule anything...our schedulers have the best intentions. The member states she was happy with our cleaning services. That is what we strive for. We are terribly sorry if she was unhappy with any other part of the process, we offer all customers the same information when they call....and a misunderstanding is never our goal. We wish the member all the best."

Very professional to deal with & the staff was so friendly!  They worked very hard at my home, I was pleasantly surprised.   I will be using them every 2 weeks for cleaning maintenance.  Highly recommend.

This is the only cleaning company I've ever encountered that doesn't use water to clean - they dusted the surfaces in our apartment with a powder which they didn't fully remove.
Response from Elite Cleaning
"We are not sure why this customer believes water was not used, it is used for everything BUT dusting & vacuuming. Dusting is done with Pledge product, not a "powder". We believe was trying to avoid payment & hoping to receive services "free of charge". We treat ALL of our customers with respect & the utmost professionalism....and our work is guarenteed!"
