DON ROSEN IMPORTS

We have been going to Don Rosen Imports since 2005 when we bought a used Porsche Boxter. There were never any problems with the car. They did all routine maintenance. Excellent customer service in both Porsche and Audi departments. We decided to get a another car a few years later. They found us a Porsche 911 that had 10,000 miles. We traded in our Boxter and they gve us a great deal. I feel they are an honest team of sales professionials. They didn't try to oversell, and found us what we wanted within our price range. Bill Rawlings was our sales person, Ed Kress is the general sales manager. Even though we live in Delaware, we use them for all our service. They have given us a loaner car to use when neccessary. I am a comparison shopper, and did a lot of research before we decided on such a major purchase. They were the best I contacted. Very courteous, get to know you and your preferences and always put customers first. I would definitely check them out if you are car shopping new and used.

They do ok w car. Given I have an expensive audi, I'd expect higher service. It's like going to any other service station. Car (q7) is really nice but if you are looking to be treated like you would be at Lexus dealer, buy a Lexus.

They resolved the problem. They were very attentive. They try and accommodate many of the things. I was hungry and they took me out to a restaurant. I would use them in the future.

They told me what it would cost, but I was not impressed with their level of customer service. The quote amount was about $160. Their phone manners need work.

This has been such a great experience. I called the dealership to check if they had a car that would fit my needs. I then went to the dealership, where Chris Bell showed me 3 cars that fit my requirements, and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the different options and offerings. During the test drive, Chris didn't take me just once around the block. He guided me to residential roads, hills and tighter curves, and we took an exit to the highway to see how the car handled a faster course. He was also very transparent about price, without the "I need to check with my manager" shenanigans... This is key to me, because if the dealership doesn't trust its representatives to negotiate, why should I?! While I had hoped for an even lower price (and who isn't), I felt informed through the whole process. The car was ready (with plates, inspection, detailed, new registration, etc.) the next day. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, without last minute surprise fees or anything.

I have been going to them for a long time. They are very accommodating, responsive and professional. They are always on time and finish the work in timely manner. They do a very good job and I am very happy with their quality of service.

Pretty well. Did a nice job in getting me in, and quality system online. Did NOT follow-through with promises re: product purchasing.
