Conshohocken Appliance Repair

We had a service person come out to diagnose a water leak with our washing machine for $59.99, that would eventually go to the repair. The person spent less than 30 minutes looking at our washing machine, said the seal was damaged and decided it was "not fixable" and we "need to buy a new machine." My husband ordered a $20 part on Amazon and fixed it! We were trying to have someone do this for us because we had a new baby and less time on our hands, but all we got was scammed out of money. When I called, they had no apology or recourse about the person they sent to our home who did NOTHING. They also had to move up their appointment by over an hour because "other appointments were cancelled so they would no longer be in my area at the original time." To them, it's better to inconvenience customers than themselves. I'd call a handy friend or any other company before I call this place again.

I made and appointment to get my refrigerator fixed. I couldn't have been more impressed with the proposed process. $50 for the service visit was charged to my card and an appointment set for 48 hours later. I was told of a call I'd receive from the dispatcher giving me a more defined window as well as the tech's name and cell. I would be able to speak to the tech to make sure that my visit was worthwhile and successful. That call never came. I called back and they told me the tech would be in touch about 2 hours before my window. That call never came either. At 2pm, the beginning of my 3 hour window, I called back again and was told the tech would call again. At 5, the end of the window, I called back and was told not only hadn't they spoken to the tech, but that they had no idea where he was. At 6 I called again to tell them I hadn't heard anything. They said they didn't know where the tech was and that he wasn't coming. I'm not sure how they knew he wasn't coming if they didn't know where he was, but at that point I asked for my refund. I was able to secure that after about 10 minutes on the phone with the dispatcher. I was a little surprised by the whole thing, but not as much as by the lack of care the dispatcher conveyed. She was not apologetic, did not offer an appointment at another date, and treated this like business as usual. I do not recommend this group and will not be using them in the future.

Scheduled an appointment, they took my credit card info as an insurance policy and charged $50 before coming. Waited all morning for them to show and No one ever came. No one called. When I called them they said a message was left the day before canceling. There was no message left, I was home all night after making the appointment and no calls at all on my caller ID. I then called again, explained the situation and they said ok let me put you through to dispatch and customer service. That was just a recorded message and I have not heard from anyone since. I would suggest NOT using this company. Horrible.
