They were excellent.

Mark Varalo the Assistant Manager of the service department resolved an ongoing issue with our new Odyssey. He is very professional and agreeable to work with. Up to that point, resolving the issue had proven frustrating. Mark is an honest and knowledgeable guy who does the right thing. Overall I was happy with Conicelli Honda. I would certainly use them again.

I really like them. They're really good to deal with. They were really good about the appointments and everything. They will call you and explain to you exactly what was going on. They get the car in and out quick. It's actually further than another Toyota provider in Glen Mills that I don't like. I had a bad experience with them so I said, "Let's go out of the area." We had purchased two vehicles from Conicelli Honda, one in 2009. We've had good luck with Conicelli Toyota in Springfield. They were very polite. They always answer the phone, which I like because a lot of businesses don't. There was someone there to tell you where to go to park your car. They were friendly. They'll tell you to go in the waiting room and they'll be right with you. They didn't treat me like I was an idiot. They explained to me why they have to do things, why they have to go to the master key and things like that. If you have to leave a message, they'll call you right back. I thought it was exceptional. I like Conicelli anything because they're usually pretty good with buying cars or anything. This was different because we have a Toyota and a Honda. I would go back there, too. I like the service they've got.
When I purchased my car in 2009 from Conicelli Honda, they were very polite and willing to negotiate price, which I liked about them. They take you out for a demo ride. The salesperson was very informative. They're set up the way the dealership was. As a matter of fact, I think the guy that we purchased the car eventually got promoted to management. He was very good. That was the second vehicle we had purchased from them. We purchased previously in 2006 and then went back. I just liked the way they ran the dealership. Some dealerships ignore you but they're not like that. I will probably go back again because we're going to be purchasing another vehicle.

Good. Their service is usually pretty good.

It is always easy to schedule an appointment. Their hours accommodate my schedule, I have even been able to get appointments for the next day. The staff takes time with each client to explain the work and answer all your questions and address your concerns. They have a comfortable waiting room and they are very accurate with the time it takes to complete the service.

It went well, quite quickly. The service guy said my car is like new, in good shape. Two days later my battery died. I had left emergency lights on for 1 hour which AAA said is a considerable drain on the battery, however the battery was old and the dealership should have alerted me to its age and condition.

The people at Conicelli are nice and respectful, especially the Cashier who is always friendly. I was a bit annoyed as I used their answering service to schedule an inspection but the next day was contacted by a service manager who seemed to be acting as if it was my fault that the time slot was already filled and needed to change appointments. I love the fact that since I purchased my car at Conicelli, my state inspections are free. I will always bring my vehicle there for inspections for that reason. I was a bit disappointed that they threw in a tire rotation, without asking me and then tried to charge me for it. When I mentioned something briefly to the service manager who was ringing me out, he removed the charge immediately. Overall, I normally get fine service from Conicelli and often use them to work on both of my family's vehicles.

This was our first Honda and the dealer experience was pretty good. Yes, they sort of pestered us with phone calls after the test drive, but they weren't that bad. When it came time to deal, they responded well. No sleaziness and that was a nice change. The car was perfect when we picked it up and all seems well. A call to service about an annoying noise was handled a little rudely, but the sound has since stopped, so I will wait until our first service visit to see how they do.
For a car buying experience, this place has a lot, I mean a lot, of inventory. Whatever model, color, trim... you are looking for, they will have it here.

Their shuttle drop off service is nice. If you live within 10 miles, they'll come by and pick you up. Other than that, it was a pretty standard experience.

They're great. I would definitely recommend them. I thought they were very fair in their price and they didn't try to up-sell or pressure us into any additional expenses. Even though we had a very minimal expense with them, they treated us very good. They were very friendly. They got the work done on the same day and within a reasonable time frame.

I have been using them for some time now. They are very accommodating. They helped me get a rental when I needed one. They may be a little more expensive but they do there job well and know there cars.

I am marginally happy with them. Sometimes they do a good job. It kind of all varies with them month to month. If you are a man, they are good. However, I think they overcharge women. I have bought two cars form them in the past about six years ago and they was o.k. then. Sometimes the services take a little longer than expected.
