Rafael is a great guy, who does excellent work at reasonable prices. A true triple threat. I was very impressed with the effort he put in to get an old garage door lock and mechanism working again. I would not hesitate to hire again.

I was very happy with the service provided. I've had this lock repaired many times over the years but it never lasts long in part because the door is so thick. I also wanted a key pad lock. Combination was able to recommend a good way to keep most of the mortise hardware and add a keypad dead bolt above it. So far we've been very happy with how much easier it is to get in and out of the house. Their price was reasonable also, lower than the other estimates I had received.

Excellent - called and service was same day. Efficient and professional and was less than $100, which I thought was more than reasonable.

First, Robert did an outstanding job with the installation. Very professional, punctual, and definitely very good at his job. He did this job 3 years back and I did not bother to write a review at that time. But then, just recently (3 years after completing the job) one of the locks was difficult to open. We thought that the lock had mechanical issues. So, we called him to fix it. However, as soon as he saw that, he realized that all it needed was WD-40 lubrication. He put that in and got job done in 30 seconds. He said he would not charge me - said that his conscience would not allow for that. Despite my trying hard to pay him (since others would have charged me a lot), he would not take the money. Very hard to see people like Robert anymore. I just moved to a new house 2 days back and you know for sure who I will call for all my new lock needs now!

With patient fiddling and jiggling, Porter was able to pry open the door without our having to replace the lock. An added bonus was that he was a cat lover! Porter is #1 in my book and right up there in Jack (the cat's) too. The charge was extremely reasonable. It was a huge relief to have the problem solved! Note: The work was not at my home address but at my friend's place nearby. However, the website is struggling with that address for some reason, so I'll go along with my home info.

The company was prompt in scheduling me. The day of the appointment I got stuck in traffic and was several minutes late. I was able to call the locksmith, and though he had had to "squeeze me in" to begin with, he was polite and generous in waiting for me to arrive. He re-keyed the locks and made them operate more smoothly, and answered my question about an internal lock. Good service.

Porter was professional and courteous. He was in and out in less than an hour and provided same day service.

My husband initially tried to replace the front door hardware at our new home, but he could not get the parts to align. He then tried to re-install the old door hardware to secure the door for the night, at which time we learned that the old hardware would not go back on either! We wrote to a couple of locksmiths via Angie's list that night, and this provider was able to come out quickly to fix our door. I learned from the 2 locksmiths who came that the holes that were cut in our door were not in the correct place. This is why my husband was unable to install the hardware. It took them some time, but the locksmiths were able to get the new hardware installed without drilling new holes. They were very courteous and careful with my home. They also took the time to explain the situation to me along the way, which I greatly appreciated.

They were super detailed oriented and made sure that my old doors looked just as good as before they started. They were able to install a smart lock I had previously purchased without any problems. They came over once to check everything out and custom ordered the locks I needed to keep the plates and spikes in the doors. After they weren't happy with how the one plate on the garage door was laying, they custom made new spike nails to make it perfect. Super nice guys, detailed oriented, cleaned up after themselves and they loved my dog which is always a plus for me. I will hire them again if I ever need more work on my locks.

Bob and his partner came out promptly and repaired our front door lock.  It was actually broken inside, but they were able to make it work reasonably well.  In addition to their fine workmanship, I must add they are quite pleasant and entertaining!  So, if they ever decide to give up their daytime job, maybe they can be on TV!   In the meantime, I will continue to call them in the future.

This was the most amazing experience I ever had with a repairman and I am not exaggerating!
We had difficulty locking our front door and I called Combination Lock & Key to re-key this and the other locks in the house.  The owner came out the day after I called him (he was on his way from another job) and made the diagnosis that the lock is still good and a little WD40 will solve our problem.  Sure enough he sprayed the lock and now it works like a charm!  He only asked for $10 to cover the gas cost and was on his way.  What a service and honest businessman!!!  Thank you!!
He could be sure I am calling him whenever I have any problems with my locks and I?d recommend him to anybody.

It took them less than an hour to complete everything. They are very good. The price for the service was very good as well. They came right away and everything was good. I was very pleased.

I wanted to replace my old deadbolt, so I bought a nice new one on Amazon and tried to install it myself.  I ran into big issues with my old door, and problems leftover from the previous installation of the old deadbolt.
I called Tom at Combination Lock and Key, he was able to come on a Saturday afternoon at no extra charge.  He was on time and extremely friendly, honest, and up front about what he would have to do to get it working right.  
He got me squared away.  Since the door is old and nothing is lining up right, he really had to put some sweat into it and get creative to find a way to get it working and looking good, which he did.
I can't recommend these guys enough.  No b.s., just years of experience, and you won't regret it.  I don't even know if someone else would have charged me more, or less, but it doesn't matter because the job was done right, by a professional.  
I'll use them again for my future locksmith needs.
