ARROW POOL PATIO & BEYOND

I'm surprised there aren't reviews for this place. We never owned a pool before and when we bought our house, we continued to use the service the previous owner had used. Last year, we had tons of issues keeping the pool clean and had random things go out (like our heater). It was a steep (and expensive) learning curve. This year, has been a lot less expensive because we picked up a book on pool maintenance and a Polaris. I can't comment on what their VIP service is like and they did a wonderful job closing and opening our pool. Various techs are helpful, but it's hit or miss. We paid to have them hook up our Polaris, but they never actually got it to work properly. We had to figure out which bit cut the flow to fine tune it by watching Youtube. :/ Now that we know a tiny bit on how to manage the pool, I will say that you will need to check your pool after these guys come and go. One guy dropped the pool level to about 1/2 inch of water in the return and left. I assume they were doing backflushing or something, but I caught it before it fried our pump. Filled the pool to the right level and then turned the filter back on. They also randomly switched our pool service days mid-season from Friday to a Monday. Last visit, they left the gate ajar, which was highly unusual. So, again, not sure if we just have one careless tech, or if the quality is slipping. With two kids under 3, the pool gate door being open was enough to prompt me to find another service. My guess is that we will keep them, but continue to wish we had a better service. When you get a good person coming out working on the pool, you may have an amazing experience.
