Rick and his crew were just what I was looking for. I had questions about replacing my home roof with metal and Rick answered them all along with a few suggestions that I hadn't thought of. He came to my home on the day the supplies were being delivered to be sure everything was correct and direct the driver where to put them. The workers were reliable, (at the work site at 6am everyday), friendly, and most importantly skillful. I love my new roof and have been getting calls and comments from neighbors and friends who drive by. I would surely recommend RMS Contractors to anyone looking for a new roof!

New furnace was installed along with new AC and heat pump. Game plan for the project changed at the whim of the sub contractor...ruined my carpet due to not using drop cloths. After install, noticed oil smell, found oil leakage at fittings. After several phone calls finally got on Facebook page and emailed contractor..very reluctant but finally came out to fix leak. was OK till time to use the AC......-The contractor did not secure the drain hose properly out of the A Coil drain resulting in water seeping onto the printed circuit board causing it to engage the furnace to run and just increase temperature and run on ...had to shut system down. Called him back ...no return calls. Did not finish putting up trim that they removed for furnace install. Had to re plumb the drain hose myself at my expense after I paid for what I thought was a *PRO* install. RMS Contractors Group, LLC has done good work for me on other occasions, installing a metal roof, however the sub contractor that handles the heating and AC portion of business was poor quality work.

Very professional, reliable, efficient. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them for another project.

On time, followed through with what they said they were going to do. Definitely will use them again.

They replaced our roof and did a excellent job. Very professional, skilled workers, fast and cleaned everything up.

They started a job of adding a bathroom, remodeling a bedroom and replace 2 garage door in my mothers home after she passed away.This was started in February. My sister hired them and was unable to monitor the work since she lives out of state. The work was ok but they cut corners and left small things undone. On the days that I was able to get there, they were never there and one time I found a list on the counter that said XXXX to do. These are the positive comments. The garage doors that were ordered were never installed. We kept getting excuseses as to why. First we were told they came in the wrong color and it would be 6 more weeks. After weeks of waiting, Joe stopped answering his phone and did nott return our calls. In AUGUST we finally hired Precision Garage Doors and the work was done in a week. Absolutely do not recommend.

Rick is a professional contractor who takes the time to make sure every detail is attended to and his crew does a great job - Thanks guys - great job on the new roof!!! From start to finish, they handled the challenges of the weather and unexpected repairs that arose. We highly recommend RMS and would definitely hire them again for future home improvements.

RMS and Rick cares about doing a complete job. He gave us and our house some much needed attention. He went the extra mile to make sure we were satified. Great follow up. Thank you

I talked to Rich and Joe the first day they came out after my shingles where blown off my roof I really wanted a metal roof but I didn't think I had the money for it as the other estimate from other roofing contractors was pretty high in the end RMS installed me a metal roof cheaper than the others wanted for shingles so of course I hired them and they did a great job and all the guys where very nice and easy to talk to did wonderful work will be hiring them for more work

Very respectful, answered all questions and were very conscientious about cleaning up. I will use them for other jobs.

Good work and reasonable price. They fit me into their schedule before winter set in. I talked to a former customer before I hired them and she couldn't stop raving about them. The roof looks great.

The crew was very friendly and polite. Did a good job of cleaning up after the work was complete. Even came back and power washed gutters so they looked nice with my new roof.

We were having my Mom's roof replaced. I do not live in the area and Rick was very accommodating to our situation. He was very honest about what needed to be done. His team did a great job.

The work that was done was concise and completed by a very knowledgeable, honest and pleasant man. Obviously, Dave has a good background on how to do his work. When he got to the job, he immediately knew what to do, and in no time at all had discovered the problem, completing it quickly. Thank you.

Had Dave out to work on my furnace yesterday and talked to Rich from RMS to get the ball rolling for my repair. I HIGHLY recommend them! Amazingly honest guys who do quality work. Having them come back out for my hot water tank in the very near future. Gillece recommended replacing my furnace and AC yesterday for $9,990. After I asked them to leave, I called Rich at RMS and had Dave come out. He fixed my issue in 3 hours for $600! Refreshingly honest service during a time when others try to take advantage of you. Cannot recommend RMS enough!
