Brooks Buick GMC

Last year we took the car, and they told us that the car didn't pass the inspection and it was unsafe to drive. They said it was a safety hazard. They said we could leave our car with them. I didn't believe them, and I took the car with me. I took the car over to someone else, and they were saying that the frame was gone and everything, and he looked at everything and said that the car had passed the inspection. Either Brooks wanted to fleece me, or somebody else wanted that car, and they tried to say that it wouldn't pass inspection and that it was unsafe. We are still driving it, and it has been a little while now since I went to them. They did a free inspection because we bought the vehicle there. There was nothing wrong with the car. They said the motor is going to fall out and everything. They said it is unsafe and it is really bad. They wanted to charge us $2000 to fix it. I thought if it was in the lot, they would have somebody ready to buy it the next day. They said the frame is bad, and the engine is ready to fall out when I was driving. I will never go back, and I still get free inspections on my truck, but I'd rather pay someone else than have them touch my vehicle.

The inspection was free. I like them because they do not treat me like I do not know anything about cars; they treat me like with respect. The only thing that I have against them is that they are further away from me than the other GMC dealerships but they give me a better deal and better service.
