 + -1 moreMr Lasch did annual tune up on my oil-fired residential boiler, installed new burner tip, changed filters, tested efficiency, and installed a new Honeywell Aqua-Stat. The charge for his service is fair and I highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Service residential oil-fired boiler.

 + -1 moreEXCELLENT.... He is very 'up-to-speed' of even this older Vailant boiler. He worked diligently with common sense and was (is) most competent. I highly recommend his service to anyone.
Description of Work: David performed an annual 'tune-up serviced' on my baseboard heating boiler: (1)changed in-line fuel oil filter,(2) r & r the burner nozzle (3) set burner tip points to spec (4) thoroughly cleaned burner head (5) calibrated air / fuel mix for clean burn (6) tested co2 and burn efficiency.
